The Herky International (HI) is seeking consulting services from qualified firms to provide professional user experience consulting services for the new mixed-use Downtown Sacramento Herky Campus (DSHC). HI plans to implement a cohesive touchpoint strategy for the new campus, which will include the development of a website, wayfinding strategy, and pre-and post-visit communication strategy. With this RFP, HI seeks project plans from design firms that specialize in the research-based design, including human-centered interactions and wayfinding. The intent of this RFP is to identify firms that are both interested and qualified to provide strategic consultation regarding design strategy and services.
